ICS Outlook Calendar Sync Issues

I have a Nexus S on Sprint. It was recently updated to Android 4.0 (ICS). Since then I have been having problems with meeting notices on my Outlook calendar showing up correctly on my Nexus. Sometimes the meetings show up multiple times on the same day in the same time slot, sometimes meetings that get rescheduled on Outlook don't move on my phone and stay on the original date and time, and sometime meeting don't show up at all on the phone.

Is anyone else having similar issues? Or have suggestions on how to fix?

I had the same issue I install air kernel plus totally wiped my phone. Now all is good
