Need help disabling nuance voice control

Hi I have a really nice pair of ear buds and I used to love to use them on my htc. But when I my photon whenever I plug them in nuance voice control randomly pops up evey time it hears a noise on the mic on the ar buds. I do not want to root but I will download other apps.

PS I really use the motorola electrify but I couldnt find it on the site.

Are you using an app for voice controls? Mine doesn't do this...

Only thing close is my power amp starts when I plug them in.
