Latest update

Is there a way to sideboard that update? If so where do I download the file from? The ota update fails on me every time. Thanks in advance!

If it's available, you should be able to update via Kies. Are you rooted? That might be why it's not letting you take the OTA.

And this is through the system updates within settings right?
Have you tried doing it through Kies on your computer?

It says that this is the latest firmware. But I have yet to update to sprints latest update. Frustrating.

Hmm. May just not be available for Kies yet. They don't always get the update available as soon as Sprint. When was the update supposed to have rolled out?

Maybe it is that. I think this update is almost 2 weeks old.

I'm not sure what the usual delay for Kies is, so it might be coming soon.
Do you have any system apps disabled? That might also be why you're not able to update OTA.
