Input to Email Disastrous

I've done 2 hard resets and had Swype installed twice but not this time. Error prediction without Swype is almost nonexistent. But the real big problem is on editing when you try to backspace abs it jumps up one or two lines. When I dictate I get crazy capital letters, not after a period. Anyone else having this problem? I've had it for at jest 6 months and after both resets, with and without Swype. This ONLY happens in email and it makes it impossible to write anything longer than a few sentences. I've been writing things in Microsoft Word & cutting and pasting them into email because it's been so difficult. Anyone else using Word and Excel?
