64GB Micro SD Card?

My Galaxy SII will not format nor recognize any formatted card but FAT32. I have a 32 and two 64's that are FAT32 and work fine. Trouble is how to format from NTFS or exFAT to FAT 32. Cant do it in Windows 7 or 8 - not an option...

I got a MacBook Pro that is over 10 yrs old.
It has a DVD drive and slot for a SD card..
Can't get updates for it anymore.
But it's not stripped like my new MacBook pro.
Mac decided the SD card was old and not needed, just like the DVD drive
Limit me on what I can do.

This thread is eight years old, so I doubt if anyone is still experiencing problems with their SD cards and those devices they mentioned.
