unsuccessful downloads

Im trying to find where all the unsuccessful downloads are stored. I cant download unless Im in wifi but every time I get to wifi I cant find the list of unsuccessful downloads. Can someone help me please?

Welcome to Android Central! What downloads are you referring to? If you were trying to download something from the browser, it should be in the Downloads folder, which can be accessed by going to the App Drawer and tapping Downloads. But aborted downloads won't show up there--I'm not sure where they go, but I would guess that they are either immediately deleted, or possibly go to the LOST.DIR folder, which is a system folder that collects broken or corrupted file fragments.

If you're wondering about aborted app installations from Google Play, those downloaded .APK files get stored in the system cache partition, which is not accessible to the user.
