Weird Texting Things with the S3

So lately my phone done this weird thing where I send a text to someone and they reply back. But the thing is, is that the message they sent to me after the message I sent them shows up ABOVE my text.

Ex.

Me: hey! what's up?
Other: nothing much. you?

The "other" person's text will show up above mine. there's nothing wrong with the sending or anything, but it kind of annoys me. It'll always bunch up for pretty much most messages.

lol you think that's annoying? try having your messages tell you that there are unread messages all the time, never stops, restart and everything. It happens as soon as you get a message you read it exit out and your phone tells you, you have 8 unread messages. That's annoying, OH and it does it with emails too.

Does this occur with all, or many, of your contacts, or only one? If it's only one, have them check their time zone settings, too.
