Samsung S3 wont turn on/load past Samsung logo screen

Today, my phone completely went dead and would not power on pass the Samsung logo. I called the help desk at Samsung and was coached thru clearing the cache, and rebooting the device. After several failed attempts to fix the issue, the technician had me do a factory reset. However the issue still remains where the device will not power on pass the Samsung logo. Could someone please educate on how to resolve this or what the issue may be? I've only had my phone for 4 months and have had more problems with it then any other device I have ever used.

If you have had it only 4 months take it in for Warranty replacement.
