Never before have I had this problem, this just happened right now. When you're using the camera, you can switch it into two ways it's facing. You can make the camera face where you're holding it at, and you make the camera face you, as if u were to take a selfie or something. When I select the selfie view mode, the screen is completely blurry. The other view is crisp clear, not blurry at all, but the selfie view of the camera is no where near crisp clear at all. My current settings for the camera is:
    Photos size: 1920x1080 (16:9)
    Burst shot: Off
    Auto night detection: On
    GPS Tag: Off
    Review: Off
    Volume key: The zoom key
    Timer: Off
    White Balance: Auto
    Exposure value: 0
    Guidelines: Off
    Flash: Off
    Voice Control: Off

You get the idea, everything after voice control is basically off, besides shutter sound. What exactly is the problem here? Like why is my selfie screen so blurry, yet when I switch the camera to the normal view, it's crisp clear? Is there a way to fix this? Thank you so much

Perhaps the front facing camera is dirty. It isn't out of the question to think that possibly dirt and oil from your face could get on your phone and build up. Possibly get some kind of soft cloth to wipe the camera with.

The front facing camera is the one below the normal one right? If so, I tried using alcohol wipe to fix the problem but no luck. I even wiped the normal camera to be safe but no luck. I'm taking it to
AT&T in a few days so hopefully they'll be able to see the problem. That, or I was wiping the wrong thing.

The thing below the regular camera would be the LED flash. The front facing camera is on the front to the right of the ear piece. You probably need to clean the front of your screen.

I had this problem and finally figured out I had placed an anti-glare covering over the face of my phone and it was covering the selfie viewer which is on the front screen at the top of my phone. I took off the covering and it is fine now.
