ٍQuick settings Problem

[AC Question]

Guys i had just bought an s4 active , everything is ok and fine but when i extend the quick settings into grid view only the default 2 rows appear . I know that this might sound silly and unimportant but the complete set of toggles was really usefull for me. And thanks in advance
