0.0 mb on Virgin Mobile website

Has anyone else noticed that their VM acct info is off? My new month starts on the 13th. Since the 13th of last month the VM website said for several days that I had used 0.0mb of data. My Onavo data count said I'd used about 400mb. I just checked again tonight and VM says I've used 45mb while my count is about 540mb. Anybody else noticed this?

With a close look it says -4194278.0 MB. Guh?? Even if my wifi interfered that wouldnt be possible because my bandwidth cap is at 15,000 Mb.
