I have 3 s6 edges and this code only works on one of them, which is having the screen rotation issue, the other phones work fine but I cannot input the code and get it to work.
Are ther any settings that need to be set to use the code?

If you're looking for the test panel and that code doesn't work, I'd bring it back and ask for a replacement. Something's wrong with the phone.

Some carriers disable it. Are they the exact same carrier /model?

Only difference is color, verizon s6 edge. We have 2 white and one black, code only works on one if the white phones, which also has the screen rotation issue.

The code doesn't work on my Verizon phone. I think I remember a few people saying that Verizon phones don't work with the codes. However, after reading this thread it could be that if your phone is working OK, such as with the rotation, then the code is not needed. But the code does work on the phone with the rotation problem thereby doing what it is intended to do??

Well, new phone no issues and the code does not work on it.
I will now assume if phone has no problems code will not work.

There are many people with the rotation issue on another thread here.
Most, if not all, are with Verizon and are able to input that code.

I have a Sprint GS6 Edge and am able to input that code without a problem.
