12/14/17 Phone App Update Broken

The Phone update from Dec 14 2017 broke the function of the screen waking up on an incoming call when the phone is connected to any Bluetooth device. When someone calls you, you can't see who's calling. This only happens when a Bluetooth device is connected. Happened on my Google Store bought Pixel 2, but also happened to my friends Pixel one. We are both on Verizon.
Go to the Play store and uninstall the Phone app. This will not disable the phone, but it will roll back the update and the screen will wake up correctly. Careful not to update the app until Google figures this out.

I have been seeing this as well. It is a pain. I am on Sprint.

This was driving me nuts. I couldn't understand stand why it would work sometimes, and not at other times. Now that I think about it, it did work when I was charging my Bluetooth earbuds. I rolled back the update and now it seems to work correctly. Thanks !
