128GB or 512GB - What U Getting?

Going with the 512gb considering in today's market that the iPhone X is $100 less but you get so much more for your money with the N9 I'm cool with the asking price. Plus I still get 2 year contract pricing through my AT&T Premier account. Would've been nice for Samsung to slap Apple in the face with a cheaper price point. I predict the iPhone X Plus to be either the same price or $100 more.

Idk what to do. I'm on Verizon so, no down payment just paying the tax upfront...which is kind of a minuscule difference of about $20 or something. The device monthly payments is a $10 difference per month, so basically do I want to get the cheaper one or pay $10 a month extra for like 4X's the storage and 2gb extra ram?

I'm leaning more towards the 512. Do I need it? Absolutely not, but for $10 more a month it seems like a better deal.

Ditto. More ram!

I'm on T-Mobile. I decided on the 512 directly thru Samsung using the 12 month upgrade option with Samsung financing. Comes out to ~$11/month more, but in 12 months I should get that back in the extra trade-in value towards likely the note 10, compared to the 128. So I call it a wash

Some countries seem to be getting free upgrade to 512gb version if pre-order (means getting 512gb phone for the price of the 128gb Note 9)

I buy my phones cash and hold for a year then sell.... im thinking the 512 will have more value on ebay!?

Just pulled the plug and ordered x2 Blue 128GB handsets via O2 Business here in the UK :)

Their storage is expandable; but 128GB is more than enough from the off for me anyways!

Put me in the go big or go home camp. Or as I say, when I go, I go ALL IN! Ordered a 512 due to the extra ram. These days I keep my phones waaaaaay longer so the extra space and ram make it worth it as well. I'll be keeping this one forever.

edited... nvm. Droidlife comments said they got wrong info on US version getting 6GB

You keep them waaaaaaayyy longer? Let me guess, upgrading from Note 8? Ya, that's really waaaaay long

Haha. Nah I tend to keep them for a minimum 2 years, and aiming for 3+. Still rocking the 7+ and will be skipping this years as well. The Note 9 will actually be replacing my S8 work phone. And the only reason I'm getting out of the S8 is because it's too damn small, and I miss the Note series (owned 2, 4, 7). When I say waaaaay longer, I used to upgrade every 3-6 months, then I got better about upgrading and was doing it yearly.

You're not getting the full 128GB, I wonder how much space the operating system gets?
