I have been thinking about getting the extended battery but I may try this so I don't have the extra bulk. Any additional battery time without the extra weight is welcome to me.

IPhone does not have lte radio. Have you read the stories on poor battery life with the iPhone on ios 5.0?

I bought mine this morning at 10:25 (ET) at the 19.99 price and I just double checked and the price is still 19.99. Don't sign in to your Verion Account. I have a company discount and when I signed in, I only was able to get 25% off. I signed out and put it back in my cart and was able to get it for 19.99.

Just got $29.99 as well. I still ordered, I lost my extra battery on a camping trip a few weeks ago, so I'm kinda glad I hadn't ordered a replacement yet!
I had a chance to test this baby out, last night. The previous day was reset battery stats and letting discharge.
I used GoogleNav for an hour long trip, with the screen on the whole time. Used about 20%, for that. Anyway, I am not a heavy phone user (save for emails and texts). So far, I'm very impressed with this battery. That measley 220mAH sure seems to make a difference.
Another thing I'm noticing, is that after topping off it does not drop by ~4% after a few minutes off the charger. I'm beginning to wonder if this battery is designed differently. The stock Tbolt battery seems to have a built-in overcharge protection (hence, the above behavior). Seems like this one doesn't. May be wishful thinking. I don't know whether that behavior is actually intrinsic to the battery, or the phone's CMOS.

Apparently, some Rezound batteries are marked as 3.7V and others are marked as 3.8V with the same model number but slightly different Whr rating (see Post #s 18 & 20):

True, forgot about it not having an LTE radio. I did see where they pushed an update to help with the battery life. Now that I think of it, his phone was jailbroken. I don't know if that had anything to do with it. Probably not.
