2.2.2. update locked my phone up..

I got up this morning and I had the update I clicked to get it the phone rebooted and then stopped loading up at the motorola icon.. it stayed like that with the screen lit up for about a half hour then I pulled the batt. Phone works now but I did not get the update. Will I get prompted again to download it? Is there a way I can make my phone get it? No I'm not rooted all stock. Thanks..

Yes, you should be prompted to install update again sometime or manually try to force it go to Settings/ about phone/ check for updates I think. I haven't had that option in awhile.
