Hi guys, I have to admit that I'm pretty torn. After my DInc, I got the thunderbolt and thinks it's pretty nice aside from battery life. Not revolutionary over the Incredible but great. I wanted the Droid Bionic, but just got the thunder one day. Now I'm really wondering, I have two days left to return my thunderbolt, go back to DINc and wait it out. I'm lucky that I have one more upgrade aside from the one I used for the thuderbolt. Would you return the Bolt and wait or keep the thunderbolt and use my other upgrade in Q4.

word over at Droidforums.net is 28th of this month coming from a visit to a local VZ by a member of that forum (worth the read). If you really wanted the bionic I would wait for it. I called today and I was told that there will be a 4g LTE Android phone being released the last week of this month which correlates with that other guys info.
would be nice, but normally we get some leaked picks of training memos or dummy phones arriving, and we have got nothing on the Bionic yet, so it is still looking slim for April. Still hoping that Moto is just keeping a tight lid on it all and it will be released at our assumed date of 4/28

Verizon said that the bionic will come out in the the 2nd quarter, so I'm thinking that means middle to end of June. The Droid charge is about to be released and its a month after the thunderbolt. So the revolution will come out one month after the charge and the bionic would come out the next month after that.

I recall "Early 2nd QTR" so could be anytime between now and june. Not exactly june.
I'm pretty sure I read on one of the other forums that a VZW employee said "a new LTE phone" will launch the end of the month. He did not specifically say the Bionic.
Let's not get our hopes up yet...there's too many phones on the horizon--you can't assume the Bionic is the next phone that comes out.

I wouldn't assume the bionic is next. The LG revolution is probably next since its a carbon copy of the thunderbolt. Since spec wise the bionic is higher end than the other LTE phones, Verizon will probably wait till after the revolution is released so they can charge $250 on contract for the revolution. Once the bionic comes out, if its released at $250 the single core LTE phones should see a price drop as they would seem inferior. If the bionic comes out first Verizon wouldn't be able to successfully charge $250 for the revolution.

Yeah I was the one that called and got that answer yesterday and then posted it on the droidforums.net site. He said a new 4G LTE Android phone will be releasing the end of this month and for me to call back next Wednesday because by then there would be more to tell me because when he talked to marketing that was all the info they gave him.
I think I'm just sticking with the bolt for now, lousy battery and all. I'm used to sense and the charge doesnt look much better than the bolt. I'll save my next upgrade in April for a Q4 phone. Thanks all.
