2 questions about camera

Two things.

1. Not sure if it's the shutter speed or what but when I press the button or screen to take a picture it takes a second or two to actually take it. Kinda annoying because then I end up losing the picture. Anyway to possibly change that?

2. This weekend I got like something on the forward facing camera and it is like a blurry dark part in the top corner. You think if I took it to sprint they would replace it?

1 Shouldn't take that long. Is it quicker in bright light?

No i really noticed it this weekend at an amusement park when trying to take pics of my cousin on ride. Would hit the button and then it wouldn't snap for another 2 seconds

Do you have "picture stabilization" on? If so... that might be it. I ultimately turned it off for that very reason.
