Hi All -
Just updated my google pixel C with the android system update. Following the update I restarted, and I have come across 2 problems.
1. Half my screen is shaded slightly lighter than the other. It is down the dead center of the screen. It isn't a line, just half the screen is slightly lighter. It does this in portrait and landscape mode.
**update to problem 1** at times during reboot (i.e. trying to boot into recover mode), I have seen 2 different things on each side of the screen. on one side was the android robot, and the other side had the back half of the word "google". So Its like each side of the screen is running independently from each other.
2. When I press the on/off button to put it into sleep mode (or it goes into sleep mode on its own), I have to hold the on/off button for 15-20 seconds just to turn it back on. So in effect, as soon as the screen goes black, its shut down even though I did not turn it off.
Those are only 2 issues I've seen so far. Neither of these problems existed prior to the update. Thank you for any answers or suggestions. Heck at this point is there any way just to remove the update?
Thanks!
