2012 N7 won't connect but 2013 N7 will

We're staying in a rental in Florida and have 2 laptops connected to the WiFi. Our old N7 won't connect; all we get is "saved, secured with WPA/WPA2". We just purchased a new N7 and it connected without any issues. Both N7's have updated os's and the older one connects to every other wifi we've tried, but not this one. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! If you can, reboot the router by unplugging its power, waiting about 10 seconds, then plugging it back in. "Forget" the Wi-Fi network on your N7, then try to reconnect.
