$250 pre order coupon?

Anyone get the $250 trade in coupon yet, if you didn't use it during order of the new s22 line? It was my understanding, we would get a code after the 2 week return window has expired? My 2 weeks was up as of yesterday, and no coupon yet for me.

I chatted with Samsung yesterday because it does say that your $250 accessories credit will be emailed 14 days after delivery. The guy on the chat said, "just ignore the 14 days, it's going to be 30 days and you will get your email on March 24th". So I should just ignore the page that says you will get the credit after 14 days of delivery...gee, thanks Samsung.

My email receipt stated 30 days after receiving the phone, but I saved a .pdf of my order page & it said 14 days.

I'm betting on the 30 days.

Are they still extending the return period to 30 days because of COVID? That may be a reason why the eCertificate is delayed to 30 days.

I ended up getting mine through shop Samsung app b/c Sammy decided not to send the link for my reservation until 2 days after preorders went live. I did miss the Rakuten cash back that way though.
