2600mAh battery from e-bay

Got mine today. Bumped charged it and have been browsing the web via WiFi for a few hours. I think I'm in the minority when I say I love love love the thickness and weight. Much easier to type as the phone now easily can ce handled (think old school nintendo controller). Also the heft is nice since I came from a blackberry and am used to a hefty phone.

Like the others, the cover does allow some red to bleed through the edges but I can live with that. I'll post stats when I get to 0%.

Your not alone on the love with the thickness, I never put 2 and 2 together with the old school Nintendo controller, but your absolutely right.

Well, I rooted and installed a new kernel and Sky Raider 2.5.2, so plugging in via USB screwed up my stats. I did go two solid days though.

Regarding my original comment about the cover and allowing red to bleed through: it appears to be a temporary issue.

I'm thinking that the cover was bowed a bit during the manufacturing process after it was molded, and being on the phone for a few days corrected the issue.

HA! I just pulled the battery to examine it, and it says it's for a PROID INCREDIBLE.

I have actually gone back to the 1500 battery. I did not like the added thickness and heft of the 2600 battery/cover. I can make it ten hours on my 1500 battery, all I need.

Would characterize my use as 'light' but this is still impressive.

Actually, it really is a good battery. For the money, it's an amazing battery.

Final thought's on the battery cover: bowing is completely eliminated. It now securely fits so that issue is very temporary.

Case for 2100?

Does anyone know of any good cases that will work with the 2100 battery? I previously purchased a silicon case and it gets way too hot, so a case that doesn't get hot and feels comfortable in my hands would be great. Any suggestions would be great!
