The S2 has been running ICS since it came out... do you mean JB? There shouldn't be any ICS update for it. What features are you talking about?

You may be thinking about the S3.
The Samsung Galaxy S2 released on Gingerbread and was later upgraded to ICS.
Is there an official JB update yet from AT&T? I stopped following it after the 4.0.4 ICS update ruined my wife's phone ("sleep of death" problems) and I had to root it. She's running JB 4.2 now thanks to SuperNexus 2.0.
