3, 3XL or 3a XL. Which one to pick?

Lol! Aw naw, Theo ... Say it ain't so.

Man .. I remember trying to get the right phone device was a tough choice last year. I just knew that OnePlus hit you just right. I actually was happy for you when you got the 6T. @mustang7757 is a bad influence, ain't he? I know it's his fault, ain't it?:p

Hell, that Pixel camera is hard to kick ..

Hahaha, w things I realized once you leave a pixel you'll come back and same as the Note series with the pen.
I just picked up the 1+7 pro which I'm really enjoying, but definitely need some Google in my life . Plus i like to give a fair review of the devices I own .

That 7 Pro's screen is supposedly straight sick... 90hz ?!? maybe the Pixel will hit the same this fall .. ;)

I've always been curious as to why OnePlus always focuses on large devices. Would love to see a smaller scale OnePlus 7 Pro but I guess it's more immersive with the larger screen even though it requires Shaq hands to manage it.

Back to the subject, if you want unlimited backup of original high res photos go for the Pixel 3. The screen really is nice enough to watch videos but if you really want something bigger and with longer lasting battery, go for the 3A XL especially if you find a discount code.

Battery life on the regular Pixel 3 is a bit subpar, even when left idle it still drops down in battery. This could be a huge letdown for you coming from the OnePlus.

I'm also tired of missing calls, texts and other notifications die to the weak vibration motor or Oxygen OS killing apps.

I was just thinking that today: OnePlus phones are way too big for me. I've *always* wanted one - ever since the 3T - and they've just grown too big now. I'd love a 5- or 5.5-inch model.

It's mostly the height, if this thing was a 1/2" shorter.... Well I'd basically have a pixel 3 size then so yeah lol.

The curved screen ruined it for me.
It is, this thing a beast , I would love to see pixel use it with it's already snappy OS .
It's pretty heavy isn't it?

Yeah that's my concern with the regular 3. My Pixel 2 was not good on battery life. This 6T is the first Android phone I've ever had that didn't give me battery anxiety.

It's little heavy, but I'm use to my Note 9 so doesn't really bother me , I like this phone a lot . Oh yeah little google sounds good :)
I was use to curved screen with all my Samsung phones .

Pulled the trigger on a pixel 3. Couldn't let that $300 coupon go to waste.

Is there a group for phone addicts?

If you find a phone addict group please let me know .
I almost bought a note 10 just on the pretense of using the pen a couple times a week to create an invoice .....

Let me know how you like the smaller profile of the pixel 3. Might go smaller when pixel 4 comes out. I have 3 xl now

Will do. I expect to love it as that is one of the things I loved about my Pixel 2 and they are basically the same size. Way easier to one hand operate which is just not possible with the 6T which is another reason I didn't do the 3 XL as it's a couple mm wider than the 6T and I have short fingers.

I do expect to miss my big screen for watching stuff though. However that's probably only 5% of my total usage time.

OH YEAH you got the Pixel 3! Two of my friends just got it too! Congratulations, Happy Phone Day, and please post unboxing pictures! What colour did you get?

Just black because I'm going to put a dark or black case on it anyway so to me the colors of the phones are pointless.

I do see your point. If you're going to slap a case on it, there's no point in being picky about the colour.

I really like the aesthetics of the Pixel line, though, so I try to get translucent cases to show off the white! If I get a Pixel 3 or 4, I'll get the Pink version.

Nice, welcome to the Pixel 3 club

Really like the Pixel 3 design and colors as well. Colors are simple and combination just works. Was 50-50 between the black and "not pink", but my carrier didn't offer the pink so went with black.

I see several complaints about the "boring" design, but personally I am a huge fan. I don't mind the functional bezels to house front-facing speakers and a rear fingerprint scanner is still the one I prefer.

I couldn't agree with you more, especially about the"functional bezels." :)

Oddly at first I wasn't in love with my Pixel 3 but the more I've used it the more attached to it I've grown. I got the white Pixel 3 and I just love it's Scandinavian minimalist looking design. The size is perfect and I think the phone has learned how to optimize the battery because I'm getting way better battery life now.

Despite already owning one I'm tempted to use my code to get another but I don't even know what for! Maybe as a backup if something happens to this one or maybe it's the fear of missing out getting to me. If anybody wants to save me from getting into debt please let me know if you want my code for the $300 off.

Only one day left! What to do what to do!
