When I boot into recovery and try to update my phone its not going through.
Can someone help. Im trying to update with the rooted version Deodexed

Are you using the code for the stock update or the code for the rooted?

Ok, what file are you using to update with in recovery?

If you're rooted now you shouldn't be flashing a stock file. If you want stock 3.7 but rooted, get this and flash it: [ROM] RUU SuperSonic EvO 3.70.651.1 OTA - Stock - Sense - Deodexed & Odexed Version - xda-developers

If you want a ROM that has root, looks like stock but is faster and has some bloat removed, check out the AC rom in the hacks/roms section.
