I received an email saying that VZW needed more information to complete my oder. The sales person was very nice and told me after speaking to her supervisor that due to the glitch on the website, they would b sending me a follow -up email with what VZW decides to do on pricing and I could p ahead and order at the new pricing once I receive the email.

This isn't fair since I am the one that discovered this entire glich in the first place and there are a lot of people receiving their order.

Someone sell me a battery?

Oh well.

I haven't gotten my order either, and I started this thread. Oh well. If I get my order though, and yours didnt then I will send you one at no charge. I really hope it goes through for me since I did buy a rezound and can really use the extended battery.

I called to check on the status of my order today and they said the items are backordered and they will ship when they get more in stock, and she did not know when that would be. She said I had the option to cancel, or wait for them to be back in stock. She also said I could go into a Verizon store to get the batteries, but the store would likely not honor the internet pricing Keeping fingers crossed that someday I get the charger and 3x extended batteries.

Received and email from Verizon saying they cancelled the order, and I have not been charged :'(

Figured I had to share this... So I posted a few weeks ago about how the rep had asked me to fax in the order confirmation and he'd have his supervisor review... Well, several weeks passed by, and I got the email saying my order was cancelled and the card wasn't changed... Well fast-forward to today... I get a phone call from the rep, apologizing for not calling me back, and stating that my order was being shipped today... Un-freakin-believable, but I got an email from Verizon later this evening that my order shipped... I guess THANK YOU SANTA!
