I second this I also purchased one of these, I said what the hey! and it works. Had mine for about a month or so befor the evo and it worked flawlessly as a pen drive on my pocket reader and as my main sd for evo its great. I had it formatted ntfs when I used it as a pen drive and it had no problem playing my 720mkvs. If it lasts a little longer id say it was worth it. I paid a total of $30 with shipping. Says class 4 but transfers at class 2.

just to be more specific, here is what I think. all companies that produce technology test their products to be sure they are fully functional and pass stress tests. This is why we have the celerons and semptrons very different sure, but these are made to be top of the line products that get renamed/under clocked and sold in order to not loose the whole batch, especially considering that up to half or more of the batch can be bad. Now this can and most certainly is a small operation company producing these chips. they make a batch of say 30 or whatever and don't even test them just ship them. This is probably why sandisk's are so expensive. It is not so much that it is insanely expensive to produce its just that its harder and therefore carries more risk of having bad apples. Sandisk of course tosses the bad ones and divides the overall cost of all the good ones.
My point is no-one here has seen the factory or has purchased enough samples to be 100% sure as to what is happening here. If you purchase this and it works great! like someone said you won the lottery. if not you lost your money. Simple as that, however there is a VERY high chance that you will get a bad one. If you are up to the gamble/hassle of dealing with paypal etc. go for it, test the living daylights out of it and see if it works. I personally have had it almost full holding hd movies and they transferred and played just fine. I consider this extreme luck but it happened.

I also got that card on ebay and an using it in my incredible. The only issue I encountered was that some camera pictures just disappeared. But I can't say that that is because of the card. I would recommend the card highly. Unbeatable price.

Dammit, I had too much faith. The 32GB card I bought on Ebay for $35 was...wait for it.... a fake.
Filed a complaint through Ebay to get a refund.
I guess I depended on the idea that the Chinese mass produce products at low costs. I forgot about that hole part where they make knock offs.

I had this happen years back with a fake mem card off ebay. Those are one of the THINGS I will only buy in person from a retailer. I took a trip and my pics were disapperaing after a day -all of them. I had to drive into town and buy one just so I would have pictures when I got back. Too much time and trouble. Ebay has gotten worse with fake merchandise over the past few years and seem to turn a blind eye to this which is kinda unsettling.
Verizon website offering the 32gb Sandisk microsd card online for $99 and free overnight shipping. I ordered one yesterday.

Just a word of warning from experience on this...Thought I'd lucked out too in a similar situation. Everything seemed to work fine.
I loaded it to try to max it out and it seemed to be fine....UNTIL..I actually tried to access the files...It basically makes all the folders and possibly files appear as if they are there including the name and "space" changing. However, when going to access the files, the folders were actually blank and many files were corrupted with loads of jibberish instead of the correct info. In fact, when trying to delete the stuff that was now junk, it will not delete. I can put a few gigs on it ok, but that's it. Now, due to the "taken" space (which isn't real) I don't bother because I cannot count on the info not being corrupted.
Everything about what I bought seemed on the up and up including seller ratings. I've since learned how they up those ratings from supposed buyers. Also, even I gave a good rating due to fast shipping and the product seeming to work well. It wasn't until I tried to "prove" I got a good one that I realize how this scam works. I'm out about the same you are because of it.
So keep this in mind if you try to access the files (all of them), and they aren't there. Also, don't be surprised if you can't access new things you thought were writing including pictures or any other data including downloads.

I learned my lesson about buying flash memory from ebay.. I bought a 8gb usb drive which was a 4gb drive that was tricked to be displayed as a 8gb...
I would rather just pay the price and get it from amazon...

The card is fake. The way they dupe the user is with folders. This guy thinks 25gb is there.
If you check all of your folders, most will be empty. Most people don't verify that each folder contains data.
