3a vs 3?

So my S10's charging port just fried itself, and I won't be able to get it fixed until I fly home for Christmas. Until then, I've been looking at the BF deal: 3a for $299, or std. 3 for $399. Is the $100 jump worth it?

For 100.00 more you get water resistant ip and wireless charging

water resistance seems partially useful but wireless is not. Never used it; in fact will be ordering my first wireless charger to keep the s10 juiced up as necessary, but seems inconvenient for daily use.

No brainer for me. Headphone jack and way better battery life on the 3a XL.

If wireless charging isn't your thing, I'd definitely go with the 3a. I have one and can easily get 2 days of use out of the battery. The headphone jack was the biggest thing for me-I'm not ready to give it up! It's a very solid phone, especially for the price...you can barely find a pre-owned phone that cheap!

Same here. My only quibble is the lower screen res, but I knew about it going in.

I have a galaxy s9 plus but hate the curved screen, and one hand operation is tough. I was looking at the 3a, but wondering if I will miss the bigger screen.

How does the xl feel? Are you happy with that over the 3a?
