I had not noticed the issue with pictures in the internal storage as mine are on the sd card.
Since this is from the Nexus, doubt it knows to look for internal memory pics.

Just get on the computer and copy and paste the photos to the SD card

I understand what you are saying, but I need a way for pictures that I take with the camera to show up in the new Gallery, and right now I can't figure out how to do that

Camera>menu>Setting>Storage>Storage Card

Don't get me wrong, this is very cool. But my phone is running terribly after installing this. Getting constant FC's and I've uninstalled the last 5 apps I got just to see if it was one of them. Processor has been pegged at 100% for almost an hour, even after restarts. How do I remove it? What is it called in the app list? I have Photos and Gallery, and I assume one is the HTC/Stock one. Just need a little advice before I delete something I can't reinstall. :)

it's called gallery, if you tried to remove the htc one by accident or something it wouldn't let you anyways, so don't worry too much about that :)

I installed Gallery and it worked fine for the first few hours but now my sd card is "unavailable". I did not back up card before installing. Are all my pictures an music a goner? d

The app would not delete your pics unless you checked them and hit delete.

Try plugging your phone into your computer via the USB cable and selecting "Disk drive." Wait a few seconds and then change from "Disk drive" to the "Charge only" option. The phone will say it is preparing your card and phone storage. After it is done, unplug the phone and see if it recognizes your card.

it should ask for permission at some point, if not, go to settings / accounts and sync / google and you should see picasa there

Now that this program adds another item to sync, do you think it will have a huge impact on the battery? i upload new photos likes once a month to my picasa. but in the sync settings, i noticed it being synced pretty much all the time.

Mine is allowing me to share, it actually pulls up a sweet looking list of all my options (and there are many...FB, Handcent etc.)

I also fixed the newly taken pictures not showing up issue by changing where pictures are saved in the settings.

This is a great app... I just wish it cleared up an image once you zoom in on it like the native photos app.

Kind of a dealbreaker IMO

Personally, I like using the default Messages app on the Incredible, but unfortunately that isn't an option under the "Sharing" menu.
