How do you deselect a folder to show up? Mine is brining up a bunch of junk pix from like keyboard programs, etc. I tried select and then delete and it deletes the pic from the sd card.

How can i just have some folders not show up on this?

Place an empty file called .nomedia in the folder you don't want to display and the Gallery will ignore it.

Didn't work. I put a tiny jpeg in 2 of the folders and named it box.nomedia and it still shows up in the Gallery.

My Gallery is pulling images from my download folder (buttons and stuff from apps i've downloaded), and from my videos folder, which i don't want. Aren't there any settings in this program?

You don't name it box.nomedia, you do like he said, create an EMPTY file and name it .nomedia just like that. Like .htaccess its a dot file.

The easiest way to to probably create a file on your PC with Notepad and then save it as .nomedia Not .nomedia.text just .nomedia

Then copy it to you SD card and put a copy in any folder you don't want in the Gallery.
