3G/4G not working after root

About a week ago, I rooted my Viper (after 2 hours of frustration, simply because I was sleep deprived and misread the instructions a few times ._.) And after I installed the OTA zvk update, I can't seem to get data access anymore....I did use ota root keeper so its still rooted after the update. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, could you help? Thanks ^_^
