I just jumped through all these hoops. I can dial out, have no clue if anyone can call me or not but I still have no network connection for my games. Should I after doing the steps you gave? I have a "no connection" message.
People are having trouble with ASOP roms, are you running a rom other than Rosie?
If that isn't the problem try my instructions one more time, it is possible that 3G is not working in your area but not likely.

I just rooted and load a new rom on my phone last night and I thought I jacked my phone up...glad to hear it a network outage and not my phone.

I'm running whatever came w/my Bolt. If this outage doesn't affect calling in or out then I'm just gonna put it back the way it was and wait it out. My games will just have to wait if they're being affected by this.
Yep - calls are fine, it's only data that's being affected. I've made and received a handful of calls so far today with no issues.
I just did this. It worked. Regular 3G/4G still wasn't up over here yet..

once LTE is back up,
go back through the ##778# menu---Modem Settings--change to EHRPD--menu--COMMIT MODIFICATIONS--reboot
then make sure your phone (in PhoneInfo #*#*4636 or whatever) is in LTE/CDMA or LTE only reception mode
note---just searched for LTE signal, still none in Charlotte NC
BUT! IMPORTANT!
after looking--i did the ##778 trick, but it wouldn't pick up 3g signal.
so, i also went into PhoneInfo (4636 trick) and changed my menu from LTE MODE to CDMA or CDMA AUTO(PRL)
the combination of these two will get 3g working
if you can't get ##778 (or whatever) working, also change the other phone menu! it worked for me

i am on rooted BAMF remix 1.5 as well. this works for me. did the trick for Rev.A, then went to phone info menu to change to CDMA auto (PRL) and now it stays on 3G
