3rd party apps disabled by Samsung in accessibility hence NoLED does not work!!! Why?

3rd party apps diabsled by Samsung in accesibility hence NoLED does not work!!!

Samsung no longer accepts third party apps in accessibility this means I can no longer get visual alerts using Cfor apps like Viber and Whatsapp. Does anyone know how to get around that? I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. Would so appreciate the help so I can get while phone is on silence again!
