3TB External HD Compatibility w/ Revue?

Guys,

I have a WD My Book Essential 3 TB External hard drive with movies and music, but the Revue doesn't see it through USB for some reason. Does anyone have the any 3TB external drive having this type of problem? Any known compatibility issues with external drives over 2TB?

I got this from the Logitech support forum.

The Logitech Revue USB Hard Drive Requirements:

* Less than 2 Terabytes
* Formated with FAT, FAT16, FAT32, or NTFS

People have maxed out the internal memory already. With apps and games on the honeycomb leak some did it already. Once the maker is 100% people will need them.
