i have experienced a strange issue when I first got my Gnex. My girlfriends phone updated perfectly but mine was stuck with "Retry Download". i would click and click the button and it would do nothing.
I am finding that more and more people are having this issue and the fix for me was so stupidly easy. i felt redic.
HOLD the "Retry Download" button for a few seconds and it will start to download. That's it.
Verizon support was clueless and tried to get me to wipe my phone and I was not going to do that since I just got everything the way I wanted it.
