4.0.4 update tutorial video

Made a video on how to update to 4.0.4. This general process works on mac, windows and linux, but did it on my Mac because I like the screen recording software. Linux is the exact same method as Mac... Windows is similar, just remove "./" from the beginning of the commands. Anyways, onto the video. Feel free to PM if you have any ?'s

Thanks. I got too tired and went to bed. The Touchpad usually handles that stuff fine, that's why I asked. I'm seeing now. Thanks for posting it.

ok when did this update come up? sorry havent been here much lately. so this is for rooted phones? cant we just download the update on our phone and just update it the same way we install a new rom on the phone?

Its for rooted or unrooted stock phones with an unlocked bootloader. You will lose root in the process and this is an unofficial build. It was covered 8 pages back, but I finally got around to making a video how-to. You need to have the stock recovery installed, no clockworkmod replacing the recovery as the stock recovery files do the installing. You can boot into clockwork mod recovery using fastboot commands and it won't overwrite the stock recovery.
