4.1 Lock screen is black when music is playing

I just picked up a gsm galaxy nexus and flashed it to stock jelly bean, everything went smooth and it was successful. I also have it rooted. Anyway whenever I play music and turn the screen of the and turn it on the lock screen is black with no background and the cover art is partially blocked by the status bar. Is there a fix for this? When I pause or turn off the music it goes back to normal.

I think that's normal, actually. Don't use Play Music much but I'll try it later and tell you if I have the same results. However, I believe I will.

im using a Jellybean Aokp ROM CM10 now, it gives you the option for black or whatever color or custom image for lockscreen when playing music. But that is normal.

Haha. That's normal. Google put an effect on the lock screen album art to make it fade into the background a little bit.
