Still no update neither on Gnex or Nexus 7 in Bosnia, Europe...

Nothing in Michigan for my N7 yet.

You're one of those people who tells someone with food poisoning that you didn't get sick, aren't you?
When something works fine before and after going to and from a software update, the update is the problem.

I think the point was that not everyone found their Nexus 7s going to hell in a handbasket on the 4.2/4.2.1 release. No need to be nasty about it.

I have been using 4.2.1 since I got my Nexus 7 and I have had no issues.

You're the only person with a Nexus 7 without any issues on 4.2.1 pat yourself on the back. As for the rest of us, 4.2.1 has been a horrendous build.

I have an older version of TWRP installed that is hard to boot into. I tried booting into the stock recovery by holding all 3 buttons and selecting recovery but I get the message "No Command" Any idea how to get back to TWRP so I can flash the 4.2.2 zip?

Updated to 4.2.2, positive results for me. No issues that I notice.

Do not include me in your "rest of us". I have had no issues with 4.2.1 on my Nexus 7 or Nexus 10.

Haven't had any problems either. I would advise against speaking for everyone. Many have had problems, but many have not.

There are plenty of us out here that have had ZERO problems with 4.2.1. My un-scientific survey says the earlier units have the issues while the newer 32GB units are problem free. YMMV

My stock 16gb N7 I bought in August is running 4.2.1 with no issues. Buttery smooth as talonsmith said.
