4.3 missing default contact number option? RESOLVED - reference to a question I saw posted

Ok I'm rooted stock with 4.3 no other adjustments or hacks.
Here's something I noticed. I went into contacts and added a number to a current contact. I wanted to make sure my phone calls the current default number but when I opened the contact no check mark was next to the number which I preferred indicating there was no default. So I held down the number I wanted to be the default but don't get the option to make it a default number. Only the option to "delete" or "copy" where has this option gone?

Long story short
Hit:
CONTACTS > (CONTACT YOU WANT) > MENU > MARK AS DEFAULT

shortcut that was there to just simply hold down and mark the number as default is no longer there and has been moved to the menu options.

Thank you for this. I just did a factory reset after updating and it was driving me crazy trying to find it.
