4.3 software update for sprint.

Hi, just wondering if the 4.3 software update is still being pushed out? I still haven't received mine yet.

As far as I knew, there have been several issues with 4.3 and Samsung device. Many of the issues pertaining to Knox.

My Sprint CSR said today not to download it because there are too many issues with it. I was advised to wait till 4.3.1 is released. I may just go ahead and root with Cyanogen Mod....

Thanks. I've thought about rooting, but I'm afraid I'll screw my phone up and I don't know of anyone who could do it for me.

I was given the opportunity to reboot and install 4.3 this morning. If I want to wait for 4.3.1, how do I do that?

I just got my update yesterday morning. There's a few things buggy about it that I've noticed so far. One being it makes my phone sluggish & slow to respond to touches & taps now.

To force update
A. Go to Settings, apps
B. Find Google Services Framework clear cache/data
C. Go back to update section, click check now

I tried that the other day. It didn't work for me and messed my play store up. I couldn't update or download any apps.
