4.3 Tomorrow for ATT HTC ONE according to article

HTC One handsets on the AT&T network will get the Jelly Bean update beginning tomorrow, October 8, 2013. Sprint?s HTC One phones have already received the update. T-Mobile and Verizon haven?t announced upgrade plans, but both are expected to follow suit shortly.

That's not it. That's too small of a file. I think you missed an update earlier.

That looks like the previous update that brought all the different LTE bands to the phone, not 4.3.

yea it is the previous update, I got that one on my wifes phone last night, got excited, then seen the size, which was the same 200 something mb

Considering that the Sprint update was upwards of 500 MB, I don't think what you are pulling down is the 4.3 update ... sorry.

There's not so much coming from 4.2 to 4.3, but since we're coming from 4.1.2 to 4.3, a lot has been introduced compared to what we're rocking now I think. Check out http://android.com/whatsnew for some info re: what to expect.
