How did you manage to get the information that A4.3 is on its way?

Nevin talks like a bot and Spencer clearly showed the point - they dont have any clue, only Samsung has... Althought it is a customer service for Samsung customers, it is probably somewhere in no-where. In the place that Apple, Asus, Htc, name-it,... have their customer services...

Same kind of answers the customer service gave months ago.

I just had a chat with them tonight and received the same info... Your chat was a little over a year ago, and we are still waiting. Hopefully, the update will be soon. I recently purchased the Galaxy Note 8 and it already had the update on it.

Can we officially deem all update theories and speculation as dead? I think its obvious and we are only deluding ourselves to think that Samsung, especially given their recent moves towards Tinzin, aren't going to be updating the 2012 Note 10.1 especially now some 26mo after release.

They've moved on, we should too ...
