I was going to ask if you are using a Stock or secondary battery? I've seen my Incredible do funny things with a bad battery. Verizon customer service reps kept telling me it wasn't a battery issue, but when I finally tried a different battery, problem solved.

You don't even want to know how many evos I've been through, two were just from the ota update. My first one had a bad radio, three more were for crappy under the screen right out of the box. This seems ok but is filling up with dust.

well now I will need the replacement as I am back to the phone resetting.

Big Red said it's not the battery.....She asked if I received the software notification yet, I said no, and she said she what happens on Monday and if the phone still has issues accept the one we are sending you on Tuesday.
On droidforums.net there are a few discussions about devices resetting constantly.

Wow really? More people are having this kind of luck? Nothing against you Tony, but I can honestly say you are the only one I have heard going through phone like this, especially with the same issue!!?!!? Sucks for sure dude, you have better patience than me, by now they would have bought the phone back and I probably would have a Droidx or something.

They should start sending you two phones at a time, save on shipping costs.

I can duplicate the crash on demand...seriously....it's when I do facebook update to 1.3.2 on the device and also updating to the newest google maps.

I am getting #5 tomorrow and will test it out but #4 after the 4 hrs of reboots is pretty solid...no speaker issue, etc.
X has some crashing issues too that big red is aware of...

Anybody know of a phone that has no memory?

I miss my talkabout from motorola. LOL
