45 minute MMS?

I got home from work the other day and noticed my phone had a notification pop up on it that said its been trying to send an MMS for over 45 minutes and and was severely draining my battery? I had attached a photo to an MMS while at work earlier. Is this a problem with the wifi/cell network issues other people have been having?

Most likely. I've had similar problems. The stock messaging app doesn't seem to be as bad as the 3rd party apps.
