4G data not working in note 9 in LTE BAND 1 (2100)

[Android Central Question]

I have purchased the note 9 few days back.While trying to use data in BSNL network 4g in fdd band 1(2100) i am getting 4g symbol and network,but unable to browse data(showing no data network available).I have put trace in the network and informed that RRC connection has been attached with network.I have tried all means like soft reset,factory reset,network settings reset,APN,hard reset
BUT THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.PL provide a solution.

Either the carrier has a problem with their tower or the phone has a problem with its radio - you'll have to determine which. We can't do that.
