4G doesn't work on my Nexus 5

hi guys, hope you are fine.
the problem is the 4G doesn't work on my nexus 5, if i go to network settings i found that the LTE is active, the carrier network which i use, supports the 4G, and 4G coverage available, and the 4G bands are 1800 MHz and 800Mhz are supported by the phone and the carrier, but i only got the letter H ( mean 3G ), i took my phone to a technical and he said me that my phone needs a flash (ROM), but he said me that currently he haven't the ROM.
i hope that you can help me to make the 4G works on my nexus 5.

Which lte band is your carrier using? I. E. 1,2,3,etc?

Can you post the precise sub-model you have?

after read it, i think this topic can't be useful because my carrier has bands 3 and 20 and if i enable the bands 2 and 4, i will not give any things that i want
