You guys probably know this but if the network is down call them and have it prorated.
It's ok for them to breach your contract but you have to pay hundreds if you breach it.
I realize it's not a big deal to most (myself included) but if it does bother call Verizon. When it was down a couple days a while back I called because it effected my job. They rebated the time without service.
I wish this was true for all services!! I had an electrical outage for 4 days once in Southern California.. ruined a bunch of meat.. called up SoCal Edison and complained.. they don't credit at all, because if you use 0 electricity, you pay 0.
sucks, but not much you can do to argue against that.
I think there are a ton of issues with Verizon's 4G network now.. I've been consistantly losing signal randomly every day.. this all started with the first outage in December..
VZW is definitely having some serious issues with their 4G.
Unfortunately, I think that type of thing is par for the course when a company like VZW rolls out a new generation of tech that they have not used before.
I remember a lot of problems when AT&T Wireless first started using GSM. They had a lot of issues too.

Down again in Salt Lake. Looking like THIS one may be nationwide?
