4G Down in Orange County, CA

4g back up in Los Angeles

Lucky, still 3G here in Orange County. Nothing to a stress over, just reporting in

My 4G went down about a week ago in Olympia, WA. My T-Bolt now goes oscillates between 3G, 1X and nothing at all. Most of the time I have no dat a coverage whatsoever.

I have spent hours on the line w/ Verizon support on 4 separate occasions since then, as well as several trips to the Verizon store (where my 4G spontaneously starts working again due to their network extenders). At first, the Verizon tech support folks were saying there were no outage alerts. When I called again this morning to find out what the hell is going on, and to demand a new phone, they said there is a nation-wide 4G outage that is affecting some customers but not others.

Having the same problem in Las Vegas this past week. Did a battery and SIM pull yesterday and 4G has been working for me since.
