4g downgrade

Well just got off the phone with motorola after they received my Xoom they have determined that it was not water damaged and they are not sure what caused them to say that so it has been resubmited for the 4g upgrade. So I guess I will see how this goes from here but it looks like are 3 or 4 weeks fighting with them it might finally be over.

Yay! Glad to hear it. They probably just scanned the wrong Xoom and yours was flagged as the one that had water damage. Glad to hear that its all working out so far.

It is upgraded and shipped out today, yay finally. But as far as scanned the wrong one in not sure about that they said they had pictures of my meid and the water damage i guess someone was just having a bad day and decided to share with me. But thanks guys for the help the advice helped me to get this thing resolved i was almost screwed by moto.
