4G getting better on GB?

In my travels, I've noticed I only have the 4G connection issues in some of the bigger cities I go through. One of those being in the Minneapolis/St. Paul region. When going through there earlier today and sitting in construction, I was maintaining a solid connection. There was still one or two small areas I got the white bars, but not in the whole northern half of the metro area like I used to get almost constantly. From what I can tell, the phone didn't update, still on 905. Anyone else seeing any improvements?
